Stamping is the bending, cutting, forming, and/or piercing of metal ribbon stock through tooling dies placed inside a punch press. Parts can be simple or complex, needing a single shot or multiple strokes on a progressive die. These complex dies offer remarkable flexibility to facilitate a large variety of features to be produced in one tool.
Drilling, milling, grinding, & turning are also available as secondary & tertiary operations or for prototyping services.
A bona fide print is required to quote with a minimum quantity of 25,000 pieces to build a progressive die.
We have lower benchmarks for simpler products.
